Your quote is confirmed on WhatsApp after the free mockup — it covers your sign in the size, colour and finish you chose, and we agree payment and timing with you there before production starts. Working towards a wedding, an opening or a birthday? Tell us the date first thing and we'll confirm whether we can meet it before you commit.
We deliver UAE-wide — Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and every other emirate — with the sign packed and ready to mount. Ask about installation when you order and we'll advise the best mounting for your wall.

Is the mockup really free?
Yes. The design consultation and mockup cost nothing and come before any commitment — you approve the exact design first.
What affects the final quote?
Size, the length of your text (more letters means more tube to bend), design complexity — logos and artwork are quoted individually — and finish: single colour, multicolour or a colour-changing remote.
Can my sign be in Arabic?
Yes — Arabic names, phrases and calligraphy are a NeonGlow speciality, hand-bent with the connected letterforms intact. See Arabic neon signs.
Can I order for a fixed date?
Tell us the date on WhatsApp before you order and we'll confirm timing honestly — weddings, openings and birthdays are a big part of what we make.
